Dr. Dolores Pasciak
Dr. Dolores Pasciak began teaching at SEM in 1998 and left in 2002, only to rejoin the team of full-time faculty three years later. Since 2005, she has been a constant presence in the classroom, where she strives to impart a love of math in all our students, regardless of whether or not they consider it one of their strong subjects.
She is both the Chair of SEM’s Math Department and faculty advisor for the Math Club. After receiving her Bachelors' degree in atmospheric science from the University of Albany, Dolores went on to receive both her Master’s and PhD. in religious arts in Christian education from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Shallotte, North Carolina, and her MEd from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is certified in elementary education, secondary mathematics and secondary earth sciences.
