Athletic Program
Athletic activities are a significant part of Sem's program with the belief that sound bodies best support sound minds. As a member of the Monsignor Martin Girls Athletic League, Sem provides the opportunity to participate in varsity and junior varsity interscholastic sports. Buffalo Seminary’s Athletic Philosophy is an outgrowth of our school’s mission. The program emphasizes excellence, commitment, participation and the cultivation of the whole person. A Buffalo Seminary athlete will grow as an individual while learning the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, responsibility and dedication. Buffalo Seminary’s athletic department seeks to provide each student with a sense of belonging while encouraging each athlete to achieve her personal best. Every Buffalo Seminary athlete should be proud of her athletic experience and take forward many positive memories and lasting friendships.
