Buffalo Seminary: students for four precious years, alumnae for a lifetime!

Buffalo Seminary counts among its alumnae more than 3,100 women throughout the world.  As an alumna, you remember L. Gertrude Angell’s yellow slips, Robert Foster’s motorcycle, competing at Larkin Field and racing along the Black Rock Canal; you remember favorite teachers, clubs and classmates, and you made friends for life.  Your reflections of your high-school years assuredly contain an assorted mix!

Though memories are varied, one constant remains since 1851.  You spent some of your most formative years at 205 Bidwell Parkway, studying with an outstanding faculty of individuals dedicated to providing an environment in which young women can thrive, in a nurturing forum where confidence, leadership and a lifelong passion for learning emerge. 

Buffalo Seminary is pleased to offer this section of our website to alumnae as a tool to help you stay connected with each other and the school, and to share in the impressive accomplishments of your fellow alumnae and current students.  We encourage you to visit often.  Learn what is new and noteworthy “here on thy crowded stair, and long, wide hallway” and beyond.  No matter where in the world you live, you are a part of the extraordinary community of friends, mentors, business and community leaders and people from all walks of life who remain connected to your alma mater well beyond your years as students.  We encourage you to use this website to strengthen that bond.
