Event Recap: Starting in the first game of her Buffalo Seminary soccer career second-year player and Sophomore Brenda Zhang, opened up the scoring for the Redtailed Hawks by placing the ball in the lower right corner. After that Niagara Catholic and Buffalo Seminary traded chances back and forth. Buffalo Seminary was able to open up a 3 - 0 lead before Niagara Catholic got on the board. Other Sem goals were scored by Junior Co-Captain Jaci Smith and Sophomore Sarah Obletz. Great Job Sem!! After the game the score was listed on the Buffalo News website, where Brenda's name was highlighted as a goal scorer. Coach Tom captured a screen print and forwarded it to the team. Brenda was then able to forward the picture to her parents back in China.
