Athletics

A group of high school girls in red athletic uniforms gather on a green lawn, raising their field hockey sticks in a celebratory team huddle. Surrounded by trees and charming houses, this scene represents camaraderie and the vibrant athletics program at an all-girls preparatory school in Buffalo, NY.

SEM’s athletics program reflects our commitment to developing the whole student. Through sports, we cultivate leadership, resilience, teamwork, and a deep sense of community. We believe there’s a place for everyone—whether competing on the field, court, or water or simply discovering the joy of being active. At SEM, every girl finds her strength, her team, and her passion.
